…this is not included with the car mount. I used the adhesive disc that came with my car mount until I got tired of the sticky mess it left on the dashboard, and really like this mount. It gives a good view of the GPSr and is easy to position when you need to.

Summary – great cleaning, a bit heavy. I have used this a couple of times so far. Came out better than the professional cleaning I had done 2 yrs ago.
Cleaning – use recommended amount of detergent (low sudsing) and the hottest tap water you can and this will clean very well. The first carpet I attacked was the family room which had not been deep cleaned in quite a while. The take-up tank was full of very dark brown water after the first pass. Did a second pass and it took up even more. Again, this carpet was pretty bad.
Rinse – There is no “rinse mode” but that doesn’t matter. Just fill the tank with clean hot water, don’t add any detergent, and guess what? Rinses. I did rinse also and after it dried it seemed to help the feel of the carpet.
Maintenance – I had none of the leaking issues mentioned. You just need to be sure to properly seat the tanks and everything is fine. Definitely take the 10 minutes to clean the machine after you have used it. The spin scrub brushes come out easily, remove them, rinse them well and pull out any trapped carpet fiber. I have a spray type sink faucet and that seems to do a great job in rinsing the take-up tank. There are a lot of reservoir type spaces in the tank and turning it upside down and spraying up at it seems to work well.
Water use – The tank covered about 80 sq ft but I used the clean surge feature, which also works well, quite a bit on this carpet. Otherwise probably a tank for a 10 x 10 area.
Suction drying – The carpet was damp when done (these were short pile carpets also) but dry within 4-6 hrs.
The only slight “negative” – it is a bit heavy but that seems to help keep the nozzle on the floor and help with suction.

A truly wonderful device overall. All in all, very nice for reading email, browsing the web not bad with WiFi, VoIP is fine, great for YouTube type of videos, watching movies is acceptable. Really wish the mic was in the unit, and that GPS had been included, but a very nice unit anyway. The volume control, pause, resume, voice recognition included with the new ear buds is very nice feature of the 3G 32/64GB units.Just got my first iPod, a 32GB Touch. Probably the best user interface on any similar product. Bright, clear screen, amazing graphics, no learning curve for navigating the device. Connects easily to WiFi, voice recognition works well. Browser works well, given the constraints of a HVGA screen. Mike in the earbuds is very clear. Gets four stars instead because sound quality is only good on low and the ear plugs that come with it dont seem to fit that well.
A definite page-turner! Do not usually read books written about the past, this was fantastic. Great portraits of different women and their individual perspectives. I loved it.

I can’t believe people are still shelling out big bucks for HDMI cables in the stores. I’ve bought several of these cheapies and they work every bit as well.

My son and I love this. He is 8 weeks old and we wanted something for him to get out his energy at the end of the day…and it does just that. He gets so excited. He will sleep for 7 hours at night after playing on this and having a bottle. Mom and Dad could not be happier!

Marybeth Holleman is a leading voice in North America fordefending nature within Prince William Sound from the negligence and commercial interests of the oil industry, and the devastating Exxon Valdez oil spill fifteen years ago. The Heart of the Sound is an important, engaging, heart-expanding book that you won’t be able to stop reading.

The Garmin Portable Friction Mount is awesome. It is stable, durable, and does not slide on the dash board on turns.
Soul Singing
Works great – easy to install, works as advertised, communicates cadence to the installed HRM. A little rain didn’t stop it…
