I bought this through Amazon at a deep discount. The wireless set-up was complicated and required research on-line for success, taking much too much time. Thereafter, it performed when it felt like it, after going through a long series of conniptions — making unusual noises, jiggering around on its table. Like the little girl: when it wanted to be good, it was very good; when it wanted to be bad … well, it simply would not work. I tried to uninstall the wireless installation and replace it with a wired installation. Again, it worked — and then it didn’t. There was no discernible difference in what I did when it worked or did not work. It would work fine one minute. A few minutes later it had turned itself off (it did this in both wireless and wired mode) and refuse to print. It never lost its desire to make unusual noises — realignment sounds of one kind or another — and actually jump around in place on its table. The HP “solution center” was useless. When the thing was wired up, the solution center informed me that the machine was not connected. I removed the wires and re-plugged them. No change. I have given up. Over the years, each generation of printer — I’ve mostly owned HPs — has gotten cheesier and cheesier, moving from substantial machines 10 or 15 years ago to rickety boxes today. I thought I’d drawn a lemon HP 8000, so I went to Staples to purchase an HP 6000, figuring the ink would be the same and I’d at least be able to use up the extra supply I bought with the HP 8000. No such luck. They cleverly use different inks. The whole built-in obsolescence thing that almost killed the American automobile industry is alive and well and living in Silicon Valley.

This book is the not so subtle antithesis of everything the True Word of God proclaims. If you are a Christian or even consider yourself as being somewhat Christian in your philosophy on life, be aware of the gently twisted lies this book proffers forth as “truth”. Why should we assume that just because a spirit conveys ideas to us that it is the Truth? The Bible warns us of deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons. This book definitely lacks the validity of thousands of years of time in which prophecies have been fulfilled, as well as the power to transform lives by bringing conviction to the hearts and minds of those who read its words. And that is just to name two of the incredibly powerful proofs of the Bible as the inspired word of GOD; the real and right One! If you are just looking for a clever, slippery way to allay your fears that you will be accountable to the One who gave you life for what you have done during it and with it, read on. If you want to know the truth, ask Jesus, who is the only way to Heaven, to help you to see and understand Truth, for if you seek you will find, when you seek Him with your whole heart. I beg of you, hear me, hear Truth.

Quick Summary: The Iomega StorCenter Pro ix4-200d is a well-built, well-designed, network storage device that offers small office / home office (SOHO) customers an easy-to-implement storage solution plus a rich feature set. You don’t need to be tech-savvy or know what “RAID 5″ is to appreciate what this device can do for you. For customers who are looking to better-manage their critical business data (or even personal/home data), the Iomega StorCenter ix4-200d is worth your consideration. Read on to learn my experiences with this device (with 2TB of storage across four 500GB hard drives).
Background: I’m not a SOHO customer, and though I work in the IT industry as a software developer and project manager, I don’t interact directly with hardware support services. I incorporated my StorCenter ix4-200d in my home network where I already am running a Windows Home Server on an Acer Aspire AH340-UA230N Home Server. My goal for the StorCenter, then, was to consolidate several external hard drives into the StorCenter’s massive storage area — something that many business customers will likely be interested in doing, especially if external hard drives have gotten out-of-control. That leaves me plenty of space on my home server, and I can finally stop swapping external hard drives.
Although I have the two terabyte (2TB) StorCenter, I’d recommend going with a 4TB if your budget allows for it — it’s only moderately more expensive, and you’ll appreciate the extra free space down the road. There is an 8TB version of this same machine, too, which is quite costly, but a necessary expense if you know you need that kind of storage capacity.
INSTALLATION
Installing the StorCenter ix4-200d was very easy. Anyone can feel confident that it’s not going to be too difficult to do, or that you need to pay an IT consultant to do it for you. Once it’s unpacked, simply plug-in the power cord (to a UPS, not just a surge protector alone!), plug-in the ethernet cable to connect the

This watch is easy to use. It pretty much was a no brainer for basics. I have not had a chance to really “use” it to it’s abilities as of yet but am hoping to soon. I would recommend this to someone who is definately starting out.

What do todays Christians really think? Can a christian live a semi productive life according to the Word of God and expect nothing to backlash? Well here you have it! In this book you will find nothing but OPINIONS! There is no sound doctrine whatsoever in this book! Again I wish to iterate again, again, and again until I am blue in the face, we live in a culture that allows homosexuals to marry, abortions, etc…this book is a synopsis of our Laissex-faire attitude towards our christian beliefs! So in my OPINION, it will only go down hill from here until an “Old Time Revival” breaks forth. So till then, prepared for more of these so called “New enlightenment crap”. I suppose if your head is in a hole and you want to really know where we stand spiritually here in America, read this book to truly comprehend where we are headed.

I have a black lab who sheds like crazy. This product has been helpful with keeping her coat shiny and silky. It has not cut down on the shedding problem too much. I am happy with my purchase.

Love all it: the story, the writing, the characters, the length. It’s easy to read, very descriptive, and entertaining. I feel like I am right next to the people in the book watching the story unfold.

I have been using the Manfrotto 501(old style, non-HDV) fluid head with my 20X80 and 25X100mm binoculars since 2001. The 501 head works well with optics from ~3 lb to 10+ lbs.
I learned about the new 701 HDV in late 2008. I was looking for a more compact mount for field use. I liked the idea that the 701 HDV head use the same 501 PL quick release plate as the 501/503 fluid heads. All of my giant binoculars and spotting scopes have the 501 PL attached. Getting the 701 HDV head means I can swap optics on different mounts quickly. I ordered the 701 HDV from Amazon/Ace Photo Digital in early March 2009. Placed the order on a weekend. Received tracking info on Sunday. Arrived on Tuesday. (free shipping).
The 701 HDV is quite compact compared to my 501 head. I would estimate just over 1/2 the volume. Fluid motion is very smooth. Much better than the 728 digi tripod/head I purchased a few years back. Fixed counter balance spring works quite well for my 3.5 lb bino. I was not planning to use this head with my heavier optics but the 701 HDV works fine with bigger binoculars up to my 8.5 lb 25X100. ( to my surprise). The 501 Plate permits about 3 inch of fore and aft balance. Works much better than Bogen heads using the 3157 PL. This compact fluid head will be much easier to carry in the field in than the bigger 501 head (rated for 13.2 lbs). I plan to add a second pan handle to make panning even easier.
Highly recommended!
