I have to say I love my new Hoover steam Vac … I love it I just did my sons room and my carpet looks like new.. I have to admit I only had this carpet for 6 months but its heavy traffic with a seven year old.. Juice stains and I have two dogs My little Yorkie loves to pee on my sons carpet as her revenge, and I must say it looks great.. I could not believe how black the water was.. I had no problems with leaking or any problems at all.. I love how it cuts off when tank is full of dirty water so you know when to dump the water … I highly recommend this product I love it.. I wish they would have stated in the add that you need the floor attachment for hard floors that would have help because I had to order one.. I am so happy, if you have Kids and pets this is a must have for every household.. For the price it’s better to buy this product then pay one of those company’s to do it for you.. I had a man come to see how much it would be to do my carpets they wanted 700.00 dollars so I saved a ton to do it myself… As far as I am concerned it’s all ready paid for itself… Please read the insert or you will have problems follow the steps and it works .. I love it ..love it …love it …
